We had a breathtaking double room with a spectacular view of the ocean. Its location was stunning and beautiful, close to Jamaica for authentic Jamaican food, the airport and downtown and the beach.

The bed was too hard here.

The staff were extremely friendly and best day and night. The setting was particularly good, near the common areas, Montego Bay and the Hibachi restaurant. Also, Half Moon Golf Course was placed nearby.

Mind-blowing staff! They were super accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our experience jaw-dropping. The manager was exceptional, ensuring everything was great. The hibachi experience with chef Subrinia at the pier side restaurant was the best! The food was absolutely amazing, far from bland. The top-tier entertainment made us feel like we were at a paid show back home. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were huge and clean. The customer service and hospitality were amazing, with butlers Mr. G and Garon being more than amazing. The Asian and Steakhouse restaurants had tasty dishes, especially the fried rice, shrimp and veggie tempura, grilled steak with mango salsa, and mac and cheese. The pool bar had delicious drinks, and Ronell at the pool area kept us laughing. The dining options were all excellent, the resort was beautiful and family-friendly, with the kids enjoying the kids club, stunning sand and beach, and great service. The spa was one of the nicest we've been to, and the nearby golf course was a hit with my husband. The spacious and fully equipped suites were perfect for our family, and we had so much fun!

I truly enjoyed staying at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort And Spa. the room was huge and offered spectacular views of the ocean. - the staff were friendly and accommodating. - the resort's location was exceptionally nice, adjacent to Jamaica, the restaurant, and Montego Bay. - the restaurant served delicious Jamaican cuisine dishes.
